1. Your sales rep. (Left him at home in bed I assume)

2. Your MCSEs, I assume they are still out looking for a bank with Windows .net ATMs.

3. Why Windows XP Starter Edition isn't based off of Windows Longhorn.

4. Failed to preach about the evils of Piracy and Open Source in Asia.

5. Mention of Microsoft.

Mostly I have to gripe about the failing to mention Microsoft. This is just not like you, are you ill or just off your game?
