- Ohh ... I don't know maybe about 4+ million developers, it is being taught at the majority of CS programs around the nation, and it has been embraced as the defacto language in the connected enterprise as well as in the mobile cell phone environment. It is not 1995 anymore, Java is not slow and clunky. This is an old and tired argument which has absolutely no relevance anymore.
