Actually by the narrow minded definition that was used to classify Microsoft a monopoly on Operating Systems for the Intel platform processors (which somehow also include AMD) Apple fits the same classification because I am unaware of any hardware other than Apple's hardware that you can install and use OSX.

Sun, Apple, Oracle just better watch out because their efforts to label Microsoft a Monopoly will only set a precedent. This case will later be used to label each one of these companies a Monopoly in their own market.
