Microsoft locked the GUI into Windows not really giving you a choice in the matter.

Apple does not force you to use Aqua. You can use command line only if it makes you happy, you can use gnome, or even KDE.

You can however run Darwin and/or FreeBSD on an x86 Processor. This is not running Aqua on Windows, but if you want to emulate it, you can get PearPC and load OS-X on your Windows Install.

Please watch your rants before you make a jack donkey out of yourself.
