FOUND IT! UNINSTALL WMP9 FOR MAC WITHOUT RESTORE!
use the terminal! it should be in your utilities folder in the
aplications folder. open it up.

Open the terminal and type:

sudo rm -rf

put a space after the f and drag the windows player into the
window (it wwill populate a path) and hit return

give it your admin password (doesn't display... but it types) and
hit return

viola!
