In other words we don't protect people who innovate, we protect people who can afford to latch on to (steal) someone elses idea and process it through the system and market it. IN A NUTSHELL THIS WOULD MEAN GOODBYE PRIOR ART! This goes against everything that IP law was intended to promote. The reward is pulled out of the hands of the talented but less than savy creator and stuffed into the hands of the wealthy coniving robber baron. GREAT IDEA MICROSOFT. This is vintage Bill Gates.
