No, as usual with the law it's in the details.
Take the exclusive contracts with the OEMs.
They were all perfectly legal and apply acroos many industries.
You only get Coke products at McDonalds.
With MS however, they were deemed a monoploy and therefore overnight what was legal became illegal (leveraging said monopoly).
As you know, MS still has contracts with the OEMs but the terms are different.
So in conslusion, if the current terms had been in place when MS was declared a monopoly there might not have been a problem in this particular area.
It's leveraging the monopoly that's illegal.
..And why don't you Microsoft dudes EVER feel the least bit of shame in having to lie and manipulate the truth in order to make your position seem like anything other than outright support of CRIMINAL behavior?...
Becuase I don't and it's not.
