The Canadian Copyright Board is s special type of Candian federal tribunal that stands as an almost absolute authority. Its decisions would be almost impossible to even think about challenging in Canadian law courts.

So what the Board says goes. But Organized Music in Canada is lobbying for a Canadian DMCA, which will do an end-run around the Copyright Board.
