Copyrights dont get out a lot
This can be seen from the idea of the concept used to communicate delegating 'upload, and download - this is really namby pamby.

The idea with this is the operendi to be something defined and terminated by a preposition to copyright. Or 'file, information ,data etc. The deception in neglecting relationship between copyright as a product -with the feature of copyrighted copy to the user, and a government,or governments choosing blanket relationships of every and all copyrights as pertaining to the same thing.

They nuckled up and payed 'royalty on the concept of the user initiative of copyright as it is to the medium that produces it.Instead of having a viable relationship of copyright -copy as a feature of the work itself.

Somebody will understand this somehow someday perhaps when the planet has another dinasour age or something.

Not only does this create a monopoly to the relationship of certain aspects of communication, and devices that 'store information, data, etc - it is said they exist for copyrighted surplus paying into a void of wich there should be representation for that payment. Perhaps a users board,or somekind of representitive association of persistence of somekind.

You see the P2P idea if only in and of itself is the perspective of 'upload, and download the mass relationship to communication is paid royalty for something parelleling itself to be more legitimatly so.

This isn't conclusive however, the convenience of uploading, downloading has little to do with the substance of a communicative connection. It is the communicative part that is operendi,it is not the parellel relationship to 'who is pirating and who is producing copyrighted works.

If it is that there is no copyrighted work that is communicative between persons then how is it logical that copyrighted works can exist for a communicative curcumstance.

It is the copyrighted work itself that can perform this relationship. But those completing the functionalities of communication simply deem their works more relevant than a choice between them to do so.

Really namby pamby.Copyrighted law in and of itself can associate communication for its terminating 'usage. It isn't the medium that created the work, but having a medium without it,and in the same for its existance telling no other should redeem the mediums value from communication on the sake of totality for works that have the 'luxury to ignore our communication is simply preposterous.

And get this those insistances NEED this conversation in the back ground.Because without the persistance NOTHING could be considered EVER of copyright works leading edge if there wasn't somebody complaining about WHAT IM TALKING ABOUT.

Your using royalties for your copyrighted works off the backs of others, without first performing adaquate conjecture they even exist to that relationship of communication.

The change is what you take as an author,it isn't what somekind of aquisition can take place via somekind of alien association to those who communicate, and those who have copyrighted works and do not.

See the void is there. And it was not ever copyrighted works persistence to make so to them. And even being so the definition can change if artists dont go home and sleep under another ice age.

-just talking.
