Anyone else cringing?
"Allowing a marketing director to alter the company's business processes may be technically feasible, but not necessarily advisable. A simple change could trigger technical problems, such as overloaded systems or security lapses. Also, there may not be clear roles and responsibilities for defining or changing business processes within an organization."

Ya think? happy

Good lord, I can't begin to imagine the disasters such a prouct would allow a company to get into--security lapses, for instance.

And if you're going to "educate" the user (read technically train them) exactly what has this product achieved?

PHBs aren't just a Dilbert cartoon you know. Be afraid, be very afraid...
