Have you ever worked with IBM. COS (conditions of satisfaction).... Now that is an interesting concept. They contract with you on what makes you satisfied then if they "f"-up in anyway but what you listed as a COS, it's not a valid complaint.

Forget pricing, it's plain service baby!

In the service area, IBM is 20 Years ago and hasn't woken up.

So what if they revamp anything, they have to perform in the service area to hold customers.
