HAPPY day for most
I am glad to see that some of these patents to internet technology are being shot down.

Do you realize how many patents MS and IBM have?? If they were to start enforcing some of those patents, the entire Internet would go to he&@ in a hand basket.

I personally hope that these judges start saying that if the technology is being used on the internet and the patent holders did not imediately enforce their patents, then the technology becomes open source.

Similar to what happened to IBM and their patents on the PC. If IBM had enforced their patents, we would not have a tenth of the PC competition we have today and that would be bad for all of us.
