Exactly sir...
This is the kind of thought leadership missing in most corporate IT shops. The standardization of the world's PC's on Windows has allowed the world to communicate in an open and secure fashion using ubiquitous technology like Internet Explorer and MSN IM. My rep and I have spoken well into the night several times about this.
