I've seen this done for people who didnt want to leave internet explorer. Firefox is downloaded onto the computer, made default browser, made to use the IE icon, changed the skin to one that looks like IE, and downloaded the extension that changes the name of the browser and set that to Internet Explorer, and told the user that it was an upgrade for IE. Now I'll leave debating the moral issues of misleading someone to you guys, but the fact stands that he just loves the "new internet explorer". Oh, and no addware since the switch. Food for thought.
