IBM
An open source version of an OOD tool run by and sponsored by IBM, and it has miraculously become number one. A thin veneer because most developers will end up relying on WebSphere. Open source advocates may dance the nite away because they can create plug-ins, but programmers will use whatever's easiest, and NB's is simply more manageable. In fact, detractors of Sun never seem to notice NB and co-bundled Tomcat because they're not on the board. Eclipse is no different than JDeveloper. Whoops, that would be a private label.
