Of course they smell blood

and so do the other fish in the "sea of tech" that is why we are seeing a surge in posts from the Microsoft folks here defending the mother ship. They know she is torpedoed and slowly taking on water.

IBM has found a way to pay Microsoft back, in spades. And the great thing is Microsoft is starting to help with things like this: http://news.zdnet.com/2100-3513_22-5589504.html

Microsoft is bleeding, Sun keeps flailing and can't quite get it's business plan ironed out to be more profitable than they are. It's a feeding frenzy and IBM is the biggest shark in the water... glad I am a Linux user.
