What about for those who are...

hearing impaired or deaf?

Doesn't Microsoft supply a TTY phone number for me to call for re-activation if I buy it from Microsoft? (If, and only if Microsoft has their TTY machines (teletypewriter)...)

I kinda don't like going through TTY relay service...like when a caller mentions "Peddie" to me, instead of spelling the word "Peddie" the relay service spelled it "Pettie" since the relay misunderstood the word "Peddie."

A little off the subject but--when I am going to renew my Disney pass, I will have to go through the relay service as Disney doesn't have TTY machines. If Disney does have TTY machines, then those who are hearing impaired or deaf won't have to go through relay, as going through the relay service to Microsoft or Disney may decrease the chance that I may not get the correct spelling that the relay service types in to the computer.

Sorry for going off-topic but telecommunication is very important (including the spelling of the word) especially for those who are hearing impaired or deaf.
