Leave it up to an MS stooge to try to deflect attention away from the real problem. The MS shill that harps on staying on topic is usually the first to try to drag something else into it. When the only way you have of defending MS is by trying to deflect attention away from MS anyone with a clue knows you and MS have something to hide.

MS open source is the viral license MS keeps talking about but they, somehow, keep getting the name mixed-up with their viral product. They say GPL but the description matches shared source precisely.

With shared source you must surrender your copyrights to MS. You lose your work. MS benefits from your free work. You get nothing in return. You cannot even use your own code again.

With GPL you still hold the copyrights. You still own the code. You may re-use the code. It still belongs to you.

MS describes shared source. It is the viral license.
