Add/Remove Programs is not an HTA.
Just an FYI to those who read this article.. Add/Remove Programs is NOT an HTML application as this article states. The Add/Remove window uses an undocumented "DirectUI" API (also used by the Tasks pane in shell folders); it is not a HTML application. An actual example of an HTML application is the User Accounts control panel.
