Never said there was
no bogus patents. I went to http://www.uspto.gov and saw a few dubious claims. In the hardware world, if you introduce a product, then wait 366 days or greater, you cannot patent the product. I am going to see if that is the case for software. If it is, this patent thing might not be as threatening as you guys claim. It will all revert back to copyright or prior art if you overturn a patent.
