However the study did NOT claim that they were indeed in violation of ANY patents...just potentially in violation..ie NOTHING has been proven. Also as more and more companies like SCO are destroyed by the likes of IBM and other companies like IBM say "Hey don't worry about our patents or SCO's for that matter) well the concernes for Open Source and Linux get smaller and smaller.

Do not forget IBM plans on hanging SCO's rotting corpse on the gates to her city so any and all can see the end result of messing with IBM and through IBM Linux. So who will be next? Who will dare? I also tend to think that IBM will work behind the scenes to see some key SCO players do some time...you know the old trick of greasing the legal/justice wheels within state and national government..till something happens to someone in or connected to SCO.
