RE: European patent protesters: 'Innovation--yes!'
What are we all talking about ... a small single individual stands no chance!!! ... I applied for a UTILITY Patent with all the "MECHANISMS" to produce tangible results ... back in 2000 in USA and UK and was denied but now those same tangibles are cropping up everywhere!!! AS WEB 2.0ish ideas, SaaS, PaaS, GRID (IBM called me and took my presentation (AFTER CHECKING THEIR R&D in ARMONK and all other places, that they did not have any such "IDEAS" being worked on anywhere - IP?) and not finding any such they called me in Houston, TX and ASKED and KEPT all my material and then they went away CLAMPED UP TOTALLY SILENT and would not talk to me after that as they saw a HUGE potential ... all the big buggers hold the CLOUT at PATENTING and innovators can not be individual innovators any more!!! TOTALLY WRONG - NO NATURAL JUSTICE in the PATENT areas!!!

EVERYBODY should copy any and everything in site ... let them rave and rant!

My 2 cents worth!
