I can't help but believe that if SCO had a truly strong case, Microsoft would have bought them out a long time ago so they could claim ownership of their intellectual property and promptly shut down Linux. Microsoft knows full well though that SCO doesn't have a case. They only gave SCO money in an attempt to encourage FUD in the Linux world.
