What about Creative Commons?
http://creativecommons.org/ provides a much broader set of licenses that useful well beyond those mentioned here, and their website makes it a lot easier to choose the best fit for your specific needs. Software is not the only thing affected by copyright worries. You can choose to use open licenses for lots of other stuff that other people can use in creative ways.
