Removing IE
Umm.. I would wager five dollars that he claims he went to Add/Remove Programs and removed Internet explorer. However, as most of us semi-tech saavy people already know, this doesn't remove Internet explorer, merely the icons for it. If you go to explorer and type in an address, IE is still around.
