Additionally, I have to wonder why Novell
bought SUSE. Was it because they saw an opportunity to give their customers more choices and more functionality. Or was it simply because they saw the opportunity to go toe to toe with Microsoft again. The former being good motivation, the latter being keeping in line with the way they have operated in the past.
