That's a pretty bold statement
If you're willing to stake your job and your company on that claim, go for it. Others like to have a parachute to fall back on.

I know if I were a CEO that relied heavily on my systems I'd want a parachute rather than have an IT manager with a big ego be a potential single point of failure for my company.
