I'll tell you Voska, I had a friend who had nothing to do with Law Enforcement, Private Investigation nor Credit Agencies, but this "friend" of the Cop could/would call this Cop up & ask to CPIC anyone this "friend" didn't trust. All a person needs is the person's full name & date/place of birth for a CPIC query.
