raise quality/convinience. i have NO problem paying 99c per song. What i have a problem with is that i have to take extra steps and waste serveral blank CDs, just so i can make an MP3 Cd for my car (where i listen to most of my music). As soon as they fix that inconvinience for me, i'll consider buying from them. Untill then, they don't have a product i want.. at any price.
