They still don't get it
Some steps for success

1. Stop sueing your customers, Grandparents, and Children.
2. Absolutely no DRM.
3. Pay the artist. Stop scamming them.
4. 3 hours of the Lord of the Rings with 5.1 surround sound and extras for $19.95 or CD with 1 good song on it in stereo for $15-20. Which one do you think I am going to buy? You are in competition with other entertainment options whether you like or not. Customers have finite amount of money to spend on entertainment. Give the customer an excellent value and they will buy. Steps 1-3 will go a long ways to accomplishing this.
5. Get a real business model. (Don't be a Cartel)
