There is plenty of money for artists..
once the record companies dump their antiquated business model.

iTunes for Windows convinced me to try Apple's music store. Great quality music, good selection, a fair price (but I wouldn't be opposed to further discounts happy and fair use of my purchase - I'm able to burn audio CDs to use in my car, and I can listen the same music on my work computer.

Now that Apple has proved you can sell music on the Internet there are a lot of ?me too? sites springing up, but they only appear to be offering Windows Media files ? a file format that I never will purchase.
