IBM owning UnixWare
Could be, but I would think a more likely outcome would Novell getting it back, locking it up and hiding it away, then giving all UnixWare customer a copy of SuSe.

IBM looks more and more like they are going to be pushing SuSe on every platform. They have it running on the Power5 now and most of their mainframe systems.

I wonder if they will run it as a replacement for OS/400? That would be a neat trick.
