Not really
Ever see a person who drives 4 Clynder cars try to drive a muscle car. They either stall the car or smoke the rubber off the tires.

Or take another example. A person who only ever learned to drive compact car can't jump into 3 axle truck and drive it properly and safely.

This is the same if you drop a windows user on MAC. Ever see that? It's actually really funny watching them try to get a CD out of the CDROM drive. Or the revese watching a MAC user panic because a floppy is left in the drive and they get a non system disk error. Even watching a Windows user ask where the start button is on Linux box happens.

Each OS you must learn to use it. Some people are more intuitive than others and can figure it out while others panic.
