Hmmm...not sure I could see it.
Microsoft did have a UNIX variant in the 80's, named Xenix, which would be just about the same shade of ugly as "Winux." The world's (and other *nix vendors') response: a huge yawn. Interestingly enough, Xenix is said to have been a horrible implementation of a *NIX sold by--guess who? SCO.
