The anti-marketing of SugarCRM

sugar and techie type downloads: When any vendor catches on to the fact that most users are not real 'techies' that vendor will catapult itself into stardome. Sugar is a good example of the bad. The way it presents itself requires someone to do investigation right off the bat. It's already doomed itself to the few sales 'semi-techies' like myself. This in and of itself relegates itself into the second class status.
