Complete Sourcecode of 98,NT,2K and Partial of XP long available on Emule
Search for 'Windows Source Code'

http://www.emule-project.net

Windows Source code appears popular enough to have availability on BitTorrent. BitTorrent, though lacking non-mainstream non-newrelease availabily and is really more distributed FTP than a true automated P2P distribution network, is a much faster and reliable protocol that fends off leeches very well. Azourous is my favorite client.
