Working with China very nearly bankrupted our company.
We have only recently recovered from our previous dealing with operations in China. We barely avoided going into bankruptcy.

It all looked so good on paper, a win:win scenario... but that's not how it played out. Once we did our part, they skipped off and never did their part. Repeated calls were simply dodged, until the entire project simply hemorrhaged to death - and almost took our company with it. The owners have indicated that they will never again try such a thing.

Big business and the US government, having made a deal with the devil, are just coming to realize that the devil lies. Based on our experience, getting China to "play nice" on IP is going to be a long hard battle, presuming it can even be done.
