Not one thing
You listed here was innovated by Linus or his community. Everything here was already done by ATT, SCO, XEROX PARC, Apple, HP, or other R&D organizations. You cannot give credit to Linus for these things. He was maybe a student at the time. Maybe. MS doing it worse that their predecessors does not make any product that does it better than MS innovative. Products that do things better than MS's products have existed longer than Linux. What has Linux brought to the computing world that is truly innovative. Any amazing new AI features? Any new UI concepts? Any magic file systems. Wait, a monolithic kernel with removal modules. I don't think that was done before. That was the purpose of micro-kernels. So, I'll give you that one. I bet you cannot however come up with one project the OSS community has come up with that is truly insanely great and has been adopted by the technology community on the whole. Not one. The OSS community is to busy looking at other peoples cool ideas and plugging it into their software.

As for innovation, a true innovative programmer would find a way to accomplish the same end result without violating another's patent. Better yet, a true innovative programmer wouldn't emulate the status-quo. Anyone with a moral standard would research their idea and not purposefully violate another's patent. Ever thought that an innovative technique like that might effectively void the patent on the books? See why I don't like open source?

Crying foul against the patent office is a weak desperate effort by the oss community to get what they cannot innovate around.
