3rd World Nation are not always developing nations
All a 3rd world nation is a nation that is not aligned to Nato or the Soviet Block. Nato being 1st world and Soviet block countries being the 2nd world.

A 3rd world country can be quite rich. Obviously not all 3rd world countries are however.
