Bartering is good in this case
You barter knowledge not goods. I barter my knowledge of networking. The physical product still has to be purchased and I barter my knowledge for goods like cash or help from others.

It's not like the old days where you could know everything. It used to be that anyone could wire a home but not anymore. There so much knowledge for people to learn that no one can know it all and be skilled at it like farmers of old used to be. So you barter you knowlege for knowledge of others.
