I think things have improved with the increase in knowledge
not so much money. 2000 years ago we ate better (NO
processed food and sugars) and we kept fit far better than
today. Now if we kept eating and excersising like we did back in
the day..had little or no pollution and as a BONUS had our
knowledge like medicine.. and health care we'b be a SUPER
people. No putting animal dung on open wounds and being
able to set a brocken bone with pins if necessary. Operations
such as removing and inflamed apendix and such. Also because
of our eating and excersising habits we would in general be far
more healthy....that plus little or no pollution.
