If Linux will not "become" cutting edge, you must mean to imply that some other OS either is or will become a modern OS. Care to nominate a candidate? How about IBSYS? Maybe CP/M?

Oh, that's right, I forgot. Linux isn't ready for the enterprise. Well, there goes world commerce.
