Isn't this 110% legal in the US?
I thought it was legal in the US to name your competitor in advertising. I've seen it often enough in US adverts.

So attaching an advert for Pepsi to the keyphrase "coke" is surely legal (and then some)?

It would even be legal to put "Pepsi tastes better than Coke" in the advert itself.

Or am I missing something? I don't see their basis for saying its not legal.
