or sooner. According to one source within Intel, the MSWindows driver teams are getting really fed up with the Linux driver teams.

The MS group will present their status reports "On schedule, should be ready for alpha in six weeks." The Linux teams will then report "Drivers are done, found the following bugs in the first week of testing, and the beta testers are getting their copies now."

By the time the MS team gets their driver packages ready for release, the Linux group (which started later) will have had theirs out for months.
