you love m$ because that's all you know. m$ does have the worst gui, least security, most bugs, and forced lock-ins..

If you dont get it... than Im sorry, but users know windows, Apple user know Apple OS, and they expect not only GUI, but the proper feel and that all widgets etc in the GUI work properly. The irony in your statement is that Linux is working out those kinks..not Win XP or OSX.

This isnt about cool command utilities and how you can tweak inner working of the OS. Its about a package that installs (simply), which is intuitive, secure and stable and ready to use fully after install. Modern software should be so elegant in design that its both powerful and yet so very intuitive. Linux is getting better, but dont kid yourselves that say an Apple user could just switch to Linux and find it easier to use.
