Why Buy Red Hat?
Novell gains nothing (except a "catchy" name) by buying Red Hat. Fear of litigation will eventually scare off most enterprises interested in Linux -- it's Novell's rights to SVR4 which will make the difference in the end becuase they become litigation-proof. To clean things up, Novell ought to buy SCO!
