This is simply a way to kill off options for PeopleSoft customers, to make a situation as desperate as possible for PeopleSoft customers, hoping to push them off the cliff and land on the SAP product.

The analogy of a shark biting a swimmer is incorrect - this is the shark biting another shark in order to eliminate competition for the same waters.
