I know, but
Instead of posting the attachment once to our public file folders and telling people to go look at it, the higher-ups insist on sending the file out 10,000 times over PLUS posting it to the folders. So instead of one file that we can look at when we are ready, we have to wade through all of it and decide its importance before we can delete.

Unfortunately, I have no control over that aspect yet. Our company keeps all the mail on a central remote server that handles the traffic for all our locations, worldwide. Each division has access to the main server to retrieve and manage the mail, but field personnel cannot make adjustments to the server. The central techs think they know better, anyway...
