Duh, I-Tunes is for Windows now
Peope can buy thier tunes now. You couldn't do that a year ago.

The law suits are doing nothing.

What is doing it is the availability of a legal method, the risk of virus today, and the crappy quality on P2P.

Back in the day of Napster there was just Napster and that's what everyone used. Today you have a number of differnt P2P services each with a numbe of people using them. P2P sharing like Napster doesn't exist today and hasn't for sometime, a few years now.
