Time for a change
The RIAA sues people, they say the number of file swappers on Kazaa, etc. drop, but CD sales do not increase. Now why is that? Could it be that their tactics are doing nothing more than changing people's file swapping methods?

Instead of Kazaa, are people swapping CDs full of mp3s among their friends and coworkers? Are private ftp servers running on non-standard ports becoming more popular? Or could it be that people have become so disgusted that they are boycotting the music industry?

Note to RIAA. Your game plan isn't working. Time to try something else ? like giving your customers what they want. Apple's iTunes is a great start. You might want to concentrate in that area.
